From first meeting to launch.

Most business websites go live in two to three weeks. You see the design before anything is built, and nothing launches without your sign-off.

  1. Free consult

    A 30-minute virtual meeting about your business, your customers and what the site needs to do.

  2. Design

    You get a design preview and a fixed quote. Two rounds of revisions are included.

  3. Build

    We set up your domain name with a custom "coming soon" landing page, then build your site on a private preview link. Two more rounds of revisions are included.

  4. Launch & care

    We launch when you're ready, with one final revision included. Then we set up email and keep everything updated and backed up.

How can you be inexpensive without cutting corners?

We are a small team with low overhead, and we keep hosting and design under one roof. You skip agency markup and the cheap-intro-then-triple-renewal pricing that big hosts use.

Do I own my website and domain?

Yes. The domain is registered in your name and you own your site's content and files. If you ever leave, we hand everything over at no charge.

Can you move my existing website?

Yes. We can move your site and email from your current host with little or no downtime. Migration is quoted separately based on the size of your site.

Are prices in Canadian dollars?

Always. All prices are in CAD, and applicable HST or GST is added to your invoice. You can pay invoices online with PayPal.

Can I update the site myself?

Yes. Every site comes with its own admin page for everyday edits like text, photos, hours and menus. You also get your own cPanel login with full access to your site's files, email inboxes, databases and backups. Prefer not to? The Care plan covers edits for you.

Do you use WordPress or site builders?

No. Every site is custom-built for your business, so it loads faster, has fewer security holes and doesn't need constant plugin updates. If your business needs WordPress or another platform for a specific reason, we can work with it on request.

Where do I see my invoices and hosting details?

Every client gets a CanCheap account. Sign in with Client login to see your plan, domain, renewal date and invoices, pay with PayPal, and send us a support request.
